Duddell's free flow weekend brunch is one not to be missed. Indulge your senses with 2-Michelin Star Chef Siu's creations served 12pm - 3pm (last order at 2:30pm). Give free rein to the unlimited servings of dim sum and Cantonese favourites while overlooking the lush green terrace.

Sepa's brunch menu is inspired by traditional Venetian "Bacaro", a casual dining concept, and is created by Chef Enrico Bartolini, Italy's youngest two Michelin star chef. The pastas are the main feature but dishes including carbonara eggs, benedict eggs, and frittatas are 'just for brunch' options so make sure to check them out. A free flow package is available for an additional $188.

Korean brunch may not be the first thing that comes to mind but it's definitely worth a visit. Momojein spotlights all you can eat Korean weekend brunch buffet (12pm - 3pm) that features mouth-watering dishes like tteok (Korean rice cake) skewers, fried chicken wings, slow-cooked pork belly, grilled kalbi, and lamb chops.

The world-renowned chef's restaurant serves a British European brunch menu, using specially imported British artisanal products and quality ingredients from Australasia. Brunch favourites like eggs benedict, full English breakfast, and buttermilk pancakes are offered alongside British classics including fish and chips and shepherd's pie. Bottomless lazy loaf cocktail selection, white wines, red wines and bubbles are available for an additional $188 (for 2 hours).
